Choosing the pediatrician who can best care for your child is an important decision. Getting Acquainted

Please feel free to call our office if you have additional questions about us. Or, if you prefer, call today to schedule a prenatal, "get acquainted" meeting.

Upon Arrival

When your baby is born at an affiliated hospital, simply tell your obstetrician and the hospital staff that you have chosen SG Pediatrics of Lake Orion as your child's pediatrician. Our office will be notified of your baby's birth by the hospital staff. Upon discharge, please contact our office about scheduling your baby's first visit to our office.

What To Bring
  • Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
  • Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit).
  • Plenty of diapers and an extra set of clothes.
  • New patient forms that are completed before the visit help streamline your visit.

Before Your First Appointment

A few weeks before delivery, call the office to let us know you are expecting.

You may want to download and fill out our paperwork ahead of time.

When the happy day has arrived, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatrician.
